We can help you file a Wisconsin Chapter 128 repayment plan or a Federal Chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy. We also defend debtors in cases against creditors and help homeowners defend themselves in foreclosure cases.

Criminal & Municipal Law: We handle all misdemeanor and most felony matters, both adult and juvenile, as well as revocations, municipal ordinance violations.

Consumer Rights & Landlord/Tenant Law: have your rights as a consumer (home-remodeling, car repairs, etc.) been violated? We fight against companies that take advantge of consumers. Is your landlord making illegal demands on you or has kept your security deposit? Our consumer attorneys have a 98% success rate in tenant-side cases.
