Bankruptcy, Debtor's Rights, & Foreclosure Defense: Are you interested in getting your finances back on track?  We can help you file a Wisconsin Chapter 128 repayment plan or a Federal Chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy.  We also defend debtors in cases against creditors and help homeowners defend themselves in foreclosure cases.


Criminal & Municipal Law:  We handle all misdemeanor and most felony matters, both adult and juvenile, as well as revocations, municipal ordinance violations.


Consumer  Rights & Landlord/Tenant Law: have your rights as a consumer (home-remodeling, car repairs, etc.) been violated?  We fight against companies that take advantge of consumers.  Is your landlord making illegal demands on you or has kept your security deposit?  Our consumer attorneys have a 98% success rate in tenant-side cases.


Elder Law: We can advise and represent parties in the drafting of Powers of Attorney and in petitions for temporary or permanent guardianship and protective placement.


Juvenile Law: We regularly handle CHIPS (Child in Need of Protection and Services), JIPS (Juvenile In Need of Protection and Services), and TPR (Termination of Parental Rights) cases, as well as some juvenile guardianships and injunctions.


Probate Law: It is always best to be prepared and make sure your will is set up correctly, so there is no confusion and all your wishes are carried out as planned.  If your loved one passed away and his or her wishes and estate need to go through probate, we can help.


Education Law: We represent clients in contested special education matters, expulsion/suspension proceedings, due process hearings and misconduct hearings (both academic and non-academic misconduct) at the primary, secondary, and post-secondary level.
