Fees are set by the case type and income of the individual and are not charged by the hour.

We provide services in most areas of civil law, but we specialize in

We also provide representation in criminal misdemeanor cases, criminal traffic cases and municipal citation cases. Beginning in the late fall of 2010, we will also begin aiding clients in chapter 7 bankruptcy cases.

    Services are available to those whose income is 400% or less than that of the federal poverty guidelines, unless other special dispensation exists based upon our mission.

    If you do not qualify, we may be able to refer you to local attorneys participating in the Wisconsin State Bar's Modest Means Program or other similar services.


    We also offer officiants:
    — to preside over weddings and legally marry individuals in Wisconsin; and
    — to preside over funerals and last wishes.
