We charge flat-rate, fixed fees set by the case type and
income of the individual; fees are not charged by the hour.
Services are available to those whose income is 400% or
less than that of the federal poverty guidelines.
Fees do NOT include any filing fees (payable to the court)
or service of process fees.
Fees are based upon the
income of those being represented (proof of income
required).
250%-400% of the federal poverty line = column A.
175%-250% of the federal poverty line = column B.
125% - 175% of the federal poverty line = column C is
charged.
75% - 125% of the federal poverty line = column D.
75% and below the federal poverty line = column E.
