We charge flat rates and fixed fees:
- Fees are set by the case type and income of the individual;
- Fees are not charged by the hour.

We provide services in most areas of civil law, but we specialize in

  • Landlord-Tenant Law on behalf of Tenants and their Rights
  • Education Law (including Special Education) on behalf of Children and their Parents
  • Mediation and Collaborative Services
  • Consumer Small Claims Law
  • Family Law (Post-Judgment Custody/Placement Matters & Mediated Divorce)
    Services are available to those whose income is 400% or less than that of the federal poverty guidelines.

If you do not qualify, we may be able to refer you to local attorneys participating in the Wisconsin State Bar's Modest Means Program or other similar services
